About Avis
Avis Collins is passionate about helping people to be able to secure decent, safe and affordable
housing. Avis chartered path in helping others began in 1997 in Chicago where she worked in
the Affordable Housing arena. She went on to pursue her undergraduate degree in Business
Administration from Chicago State University. This knowledge coupled with her graduate
degree in Business Administration from Keller School of Management in Illinois has provided
her with the tenacity, valuable skills and enthusiasm she brings as an agent.
Avis relocated to Ocala, Florida in 2018 and currently resides in Marion Oaks. She is a proud
member of Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties family and is ready and excited to help with
your home buying and selling needs. She carries the values of hard work, dedication, integrity,,
results driven and outstanding client service into everything she does.
When Avis is not making home ownership a reality for her customers she enjoys traveling the world
with her daughter and sisters. She also travels to the beautiful island of
Jamaica to enjoy the blue seas and great food with her significant other. Lastly, Avis prides
herself in providing all of her customers with dedicated, professional service.
